Palm Prince

Artist Bio

The Palm Prince is a self-made neo-expressionist artist. His work is an abstract take on the human condition. Mixing semi-realism and acrylic experimentation, he projects greater meaning in little details. The Palm Prince began creating his work at the beginning of 2019. Being a poet/writer before painting, his work consists of cryptic messages and subtle meanings. In his early work, he used dollar store canvas and poster paint. His supplies were limited and difficult to work with. Within a month he sold all of his work and purchased higher quality supplies. After this cycle of rinse and repeat, the Palm Prince had acquired better supplies and a name for himself. He is still finding himself and his style, meaning there is only better work to come in the future.

What kind of public art project do I want to work on?

I have been involved with few public art venues. Recently I submitted my work to The River, in Rancho Mirage, to help spread mental health awareness. Before that I donated a piece to Artisan Studio for their Miniature Masterpieces collection. I am looking forward to doing more public works and expanding my experience.
